AI Designer Matching
Designer matching is conducted through AI systems and internal operational mechanisms based on client requirements, resource availability and project type.

Clients may not request a change of designer solely based on the matching result.
 

30-Minute Order Acceptance & Designer Matching (Business Hours Only)
Provided that all of the following conditions are met:

• The client holds sufficient and valid Tokens in their account;

• Complete, clear and executable design requirements have been submitted;

• The submission is made during the Company’s business days and business hours;
   

The Company commits to completing order acceptance and designer matching within thirty (30) minutes.
 

• Business Hours Definition
  The Company’s business hours are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (GMT+8)
   

• Outside Business Hours
  Requests submitted outside business hours, on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next business day, at which point the thirty (30) minute commitment will commence.
   

Initial Draft Delivery
The Company’s delivery commitment applies strictly to the delivery of the initial design draft, defined as the first visual design output submitted to the client.
 

On-Time Delivery Guarantee (Initial Draft Only)
If the Company fails to deliver the initial draft within the agreed working timeframe after all requirements and materials have been confirmed, the Tokens consumed for that service will be refunded to the client’s account.

Token refunds shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy and shall not give rise to any monetary compensation.
 

Force Majeure
Delays caused by client-side delays, late feedback, scope changes, system or cloud service disruptions, or other force majeure events are excluded from any Token refund mechanism.
 

Inactive Case Closure
If no response or instruction is received from the client within seven (7) consecutive calendar days after the delivery of the initial draft, the project shall be deemed completed and automatically closed. Used Tokens will not be refunded.
 

Scope Confirmation & Freeze
Once the design requirements, direction and scope are confirmed, the scope shall be deemed frozen.
Any subsequent additions, removals or directional changes will be treated as a new request and subject to additional Token charges.
 

No Performance Guarantee
The Company makes no guarantees regarding any business results, sales performance, conversion rates, exposure or commercial outcomes arising from the design services.
 

Right to Refuse Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse any request that is illegal, inappropriate, infringing, controversial or may harm the Company’s brand reputation.
 

Usage Restrictions
Design works may not be used for illegal, misleading, counterfeit, infringing or otherwise unauthorized purposes.
 

Client Materials Liability
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all materials provided (including text, images and trademarks) are lawful and do not infringe any third-party rights.
Any legal liability arising from such materials shall be borne entirely by the client.
 

Abuse & Misuse
In the event of Token abuse, malicious ordering behavior or actions that disrupt system operations, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account without refund.

AI systems are assistive tools only. The Company does not guarantee designer matching outcomes, stylistic preferences or subjective satisfaction.
