3. Portfolio and Reference Materials

  • All works displayed on our website, presentations, and promotional materials are for reference and portfolio display purposes only.

  • Some projects and visuals may have been completed during previous roles or sourced from client websites, social media platforms, or other publicly available materials.

  • The display of such works does not imply transfer of ownership, commercial use rights, or ongoing affiliation with any third party.

  • Intellectual property rights of third parties are fully respected, and such works are shown solely to illustrate design capability and creative direction.

  • Conceptual designs, mockups, and performance figures may also be displayed for illustrative purposes only and do not represent actual client projects or results.

  • Some projects may additionally be presented in EUTOPIA’s creative voice (EUPI) for storytelling purposes, without altering the underlying ownership or rights.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All unselected drafts, proposals, and mockups remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

  • Clients are granted a commercial use license only after full payment.

  • Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized modification by third parties is strictly prohibited.

5. Data Retention

  • Client and project records are retained for up to 7 years to fulfill contractual, tax, and legal obligations.

  • Marketing and communication preferences are retained until consent is withdrawn.

  • Inactive inquiries or accounts may be deleted after 12 months if no engagement occurs.

  • Designer and creative collaborator data may be archived for portfolio history, project continuity, and compliance purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Client data, strategies, and internal documents.

  • Proprietary design processes, workflows, and technologies.

  • Any non-public business, financial, or strategic information shared during collaboration.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience and website performance:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for site functionality (e.g., login, session preferences).

  • Analytics Cookies: Collect usage data (e.g., Google Analytics) to improve our services.

We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 16. If such data is inadvertently obtained, it will be promptly deleted.

13. Do Not Track

Our website currently does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals.

We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, political unrest, or platform outages.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter will proceed to arbitration under Malaysian or Hong Kong jurisdiction, depending on the contracting entity.
