Visual Identity & Event Design for Hong Kong Workplace Happiness Organization

EUTOPIA developed the visual identity, campaign, and event design for The Chief Happiness Officer Association Limited (CHOA), a Hong Kong workplace happiness organization. The challenge was to visualize happiness in a way that feels emotional yet structured, balancing warmth and professionalism. Our goal was to inspire organizations to integrate happiness and positivity into their culture, positioning joy as a foundation for workplace growth and success.

Event Design

We created the full visual and experiential design for the 2023 Chief Happiness Officer Appreciation Awards, transforming the ceremony into an immersive celebration of joy and recognition. From stage design and motion graphics to lighting direction, every element centered around the idea of “shared happiness,” creating an atmosphere that was both festive and heartfelt. Each moment on stage celebrated not just achievement but also the collective joy of meaningful work and connection.

Visual Identity Design

We built a visual identity system for CHOA that expresses energy, clarity, and optimism. The event T-shirt design features the phrase “WHAT WE LOVE” on the front and “WHAT WE DO” on the back, symbolizing the link between passion and purpose. The bright, dynamic color palette evokes inclusion and positivity, while the combination of geometric shapes and rounded typography creates a friendly yet professional visual tone. Every design detail embodies CHOA’s philosophy of conscious happiness, transforming joy into a structured design language.
